  • Suppresses autophagy survival pathways

  • Sensitises NSCLC to cisplatin in preclinical work

  • Reverses radiotherapy resistance via maspin methylation and AKT/FOXO1/p21-axis regulation

Clinical positioning

This is still preclinical, but it is one of the more clinically interesting Boswellia areas because both platinum resistance and radioresistance matter in real treatment settings.
